Hear from the young women whose lives have been transformed through faith, guidance, and sisterhood. These heartfelt stories reflect the growth, confidence, and purpose they found during their journey with Daughters of A King
Daughters of a King, mentorship has equipped me with life strategies to overcome depression in the midst of my mother passing away. As a senior in High School, it was difficult to pass my math exam to graduate after implementing biblical principles and studying. I was the first of my mother seven children to walk across stage and receive my High School Diploma, I am extremely grateful she was able to witness me break a generational curse before she left this earthly realm. Currently, I have secured a job to assist with my transition into adulthood. I cannot
wait to register for the next mentorship cycle, this will give me an opportunity to delve deeper into my identity and heal from childhood wounds.

I recently had the pleasure of attending the "Daughters of a King" event, and I can't express enough how wonderful the experience was! It provided a unique opportunity to bond with my mom, strengthening our relationship in a beautiful and meaningful way. The entire event was simply amazing, filled with love, laughter, and inspiration. I am truly grateful to God for touching Cheyenne’s heart to create such a lovely establishment. This event is a testament to the power of connection between mothers and daughters, and I feel incredibly blessed to have been a part
of it. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!

The Daughters of a King Launch Party was very inspirational, I was able to bond with other ladies from various social and ethnic backgrounds. It gave me the opportunity to be transparent and share my story of resilience to empower mothers and daughters to beat the odds. This faith-based agency is the epitome of biblical truth. I am excited to volunteer and assist with the agency vision.

The Daughters of a King Mother/Daughter Event was a wonderful experience I did not expect to be impacted in such a major way. My mother and I relationship has been rocky, although she was not in attendance I was able to heal through the prophetic activation and cope with internal pain by journaling. After the event I was able to share the letter which was unusual since I never express my feelings. I am eager to join the private mentorship program to assist with my healing
journey, this agency will continue to impact young girls like myself.

Going to Daughters of a King Event really meant a lot to me. It was such a positive and uplifting space, and being around other girls who were all there to grow and connect with God made me feel supported and not alone. It helped me realize that I’m not just anybody. I’m a Daughter of a King, and that means I have value, purpose, and strength. One verse that stuck with me was Psalm 139:14: “I am fearfully and wonderfully made,” because sometimes I really need that reminder. After the event, I got the courage to try out for cheer, which I probably wouldn’t have done before. I left feeling more confident in who I am, in my faith, and in the fact that God is with me through everything. I honestly feel like this event could help so many other girls too, especially those who need a reminder of their worth and how loved they truly are.

Daughters of a King event was an amazing experience. I thoroughly enjoyed being around many women of God and hearing testimonies that moved and motivated me. I would definitely attend the next activation workshop.

For the past years, my family has experienced a lot of challenges that have hindered my growth and walk with God. I recently lost my mother at the age of 17 years old, her passing away has impacted my life in a major way which caused me to suffer with severe depression.
Daughters of a King mentoring agency pushed me into a place of faith and hope through kingdom principles that shifted my mindset to accept my mother’s passing as a testament of God’s grace and mercy for me and my siblings. My relationship with God has grown tremendously through private mentorship. I was able to learn more about dissecting bible scriptures and applying them to my everyday life to transform into the young woman God has called me to be.
My mentor, Cheyenne is the true definition of God’s Angel without her encouragement and divine strategies. I don’t think I would have made it through my mother passing away. She gave me several reasons to stay on earth and fulfill my purpose for future generations.
Currently, I am searching for job placement and was discouraged since I didn’t hear back after 42 job applications, finally I was able to secure two job interviews. I cannot wait to attend the annual retreat and private mentorship. I am more than confident it will continue to help me
explore my identity in Christ and actively live in my purpose.
